【プロフィール】
高畑宗明。1979年生まれ。 岡山大学大学院にて博士(農学)取得。腸内細菌や免疫、発酵 食品を専門とし、研究者として世界20カ国以上を巡る。前職では腸内環境を整えるプロバイオティクス/発酵サプリメントの研究開発に従事し、米国や欧州等で高い評価を受ける。 国内では前職でEC事業を経営するとともに、腸内細菌や乳酸菌に関する講演・食育セミナー、メディアへの寄稿など、腸と健康の啓蒙活動を行う。
